what really attracts me to this image is that it's almost a silhouette, but not quite. the cat is so dark in the photo that when i saw the thumbnail, i thought it would be a silhouette, but then when i looked again, and then looked at the larger version of the image, i noticed that there are details on the cat's face...that hint of light on his leg is also great. the blinds are very fun, with the stripes that the lighting makes, and nice job having that plant sneak into the picture out of the corner.

This shot is especially great - I like the abstraction, the fringe of glowing fur, the patterned backdrop made by the blinds - nice work!
