Very interesting. Reminds me of large-scale mosaic work common on public buildings in the USSR in the 1960s featuring factory workers, cosmonauts, Lenin, etc. One should not underestimate its historic and culturological value.

Tirana certainly seems like an interesting city, much different from what I had imagined. Fascinating building with a very Soviet-era look. V.
