The top image has no glass. photoshop Filter>Distort>Glass: with Distortion 2, Smoothness 8-10, Texture set to Blocks, Scaling 100. The image has the fake glass on top, and a shot through real glass on the bottom. I just borrowed the frame from the bottom real one and overlaid it on the top boat shot taken from outside.
