Belgrade Marathon

18.04.2009. was the date 22nd Belgrade Marathon took place. While I have made myself to go out and take a couple of photos, the winners have already been decided :(
My position was at 27th km and I am very glad that I have witnessed those wonderful moments and efforts even some old people were up to, fighting their own physique in order to finish the race. With this dramatic monochrome treatment I wanted to accentuate all the struggle and efforts these brave people had to withstand. For me, they are all winners.

Great moments you catched Milos, they are all winnes, indeed, I went in for the Half-Marathon in 2001 here in Berlin and I know what they feel, it was a great experience and they hade a longer way!!! I vote for your great shots, Rosemarie :o)
