Breathtaking beauty!! Great pics !! This is the most visited place in Croatia, surrounded by mountains and it offers a pure beauty of nature.

Hi Blu, thanks for checking my gallery and leaving a comment. Plitvice is certainly one of the most magical places in Croatia. I'm hoping to visit and shoot in other parts of the year since it changes dramatically. I have quickly checked your galleries but will take serious time later to visit and leave comment since you deserve it; there are tons of great photos! Wishing you many new trips and photos!

Hi Mario, thanks for stopping by and posting sincere comment. You must be right about my artistic skills since this is my personal oppinion as well :) I'm just a technically oriented magazine editor spending most of my time lab testing cameras and lenses. It just happens that I enyoy photographing and sometimes have luck to visit wonderfull places like Plitvice national park. The main idea behind creation of this gallery was to show my PBase gallery visitors this wonder of nature and invite them to visit it. I'm sorry if you're dissapointed with my "normal" galleries. However, I do believe my Technical gallery is up to much higher standards. I do hope my artictic skills will improve in time so I'll hopefully replace those Plitvice pics with something more appropriate that will present Plitvice National park the way it deserves. I will be thankful if you can point to your gallery showing my how it should be done. We are learning all our lives and I enyoy it very much when it comes to photography. Best regards, Miljenko

good pics, there are some even great, but i must say, concerning the very good eqiupment and amazing landscape - all in all pretty dissapointing!?

i shot some by simple olympus (NON-SLR), which are by far better.
of course, they may lack this clarity, but..the spirit matters.

I was so happy to see this gallery, of place where I have been once , meaby 15 years ago. I would like to visit plitvice again. Excellent images Miljenko. I have sigma 17-70 too, and I like it very much.
