Market.jpg

Grocery market http://www.pbase.com/miljenko/image/37400285 shot with very sharp Sigma 15 mm fisheye and saved as RAW. Read with 6 different RAW converters: Nikon Capture Editor v4.1.3, Adobe Photoshop CS with Adobe Camera Raw v2.3, Phase One C1 LE v3.5.2, Bibble Labs Bibble Lite v4.1, Raw Magick Lite v0.935 Beta and DxO Optics Pro. All set to default values, with sharpness (where adjustable) set to min. Pics imported into Photoshop CS as 16-bit tiff or psd, white balance and dinamic response tailored using the same grey point reference spot, cropped and sharpened with plain sharpen filter.
Findings: NCE and Raw Magick have the most accurate colours (I've being there, so I know!), C1 and Raw Magick are the sharpest. Other conclusions are up to you....
Let me hear your thoughts!

Nikon D70 ,Sigma 15mm f/2.8 EX Fisheye

Hi Eric, unfortunately, there is no translation done on FotoMag magazine in part or complete. What I'm actually trying to do in my galleries and in DPReview forums is to provide some additional tech data that nicelly accompanies actual articles. The sad cause for not including those data into the articles was frequent reders' complaint that my procedures and resulting charts are to complex to understand (!). So you can expect more weird charts right here :))

I've followed your tests in dpreview and here on your web-site and appreciate the interesting work you're doing. I would like to read the entire series of full articles. Here in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA, we see quite few Croatian photography magazines on the news-stands. Is there anywhere that I can see or buy an English-language version of the full articles?

As an aside: do you think RM will ever get out of beta?

Thanks.
