No Andrey, it's not out of focus. Check it's performance at it's sweet spot (f/8): it gets a bit better, but it's simply not up to Sigma performance. The answer lies in price lists: Sigma costs double the price. If you want better Nikon glass in this category, get the ED version.

Looks like Nikkor is either out of focus or blurred from being handheld.
