If you've been wondering "When do we get to see a shot of Snoqualmie Falls?", here you go. . . .

There's no sense of scale, especially at dusk, but that's a 269 ft/82 m drop off that cliff.

(I made the decision to bring one tripod instead of two, and let Laura use it for her low-light
shots. They should be spectacular when she posts them, and next time we'll know to bring two
tripods. This was taken with the S95 braced against the handrail, which I figured gave me
a better chance than I would've had trying the same thing with the D90 at a slow shutter speed.)
