Piedras Blancas

This lighthouse was named for the large white outcropping at the point, seen in the first image.
It was completed in 1875. It is just a bit northwest of San Simeon where Hearst's Castle is located.

These images were all actually shot from the car as we drove by.
We didn't have the chance to stop and explore further. Maybe next time. . .
