Snake Fly

Lake Tahoe, Nevada, CA

Apparently it can raise its neck and tilt its head separately,
kind of like a giraffe - or, I guess a snake. :)

I've seen these things. Pretty wild looking bug. They look a little like a green lace wing bug although I don't think their neck is as long
