Yep, took a Sawzall (while DPS hung back warily!) to the Well Trol, removing a nut that was there "just for manufacturing purposes" according to the company that made it. Probably they hang the tank from it while painting it. But it now permits the plywood top to sit virtually flush there, I might remove one layer of the plywood laminate.
