I took advantage of unseasonably warm (mid fifties!) weather on Friday to cut up two sheets of 3/4" birch plywood sub-roadbed and one sheet of 1/4" luan roadbed in the lower driveway outside my work shop. Shown on the saw horses is a very complex to lay out piece of plywood that will join the two ends of the severed main line near the mine as will be seen in the next photos.
