Taking everything into the workshop, I cut some 3.75" strips and began to hot glue the sides and corner blocks into place. The table saw's flat surface and locked-down fence was definitely the right place to do this and the work went quickly. The strips were ripped from larger Gator Board on the table saw and cut to length on the radial arm saw.
