Being kind of "anti-facia", my intention is to replicate the prototype in this area, and have an embankment going down to two or three inches of river, and a 2.5" continuous facia below that. A lot of carpentry was done today to make the weirdo "no two alike" supports, since the depth varied quite a bit. I also permanently mounted the stream bed that flows into the river, and the abutments for the short bridge over it can be seen. Also in the photo is the opened up vista, more on that in a bit.
