Here is an example of the N-13 variety of the 1850 large cent.
This coin is in die state B and is a rarity 4 coin.
The diagnostic dash left of the number 8 and lines below star 13 on the obverse are visible.
The strong line between C and the wreath on the reverse also show well. The reverse die
crumbling shows well and makes for a strange effect around the devices on the reverse.
This coin also has a neat die break inside the number 5 on the obverse not noted in the Grellman book.
