Mirrors are deep. Color is very attractive.
Lots of contrast between devices and fields.
Light hairlines are well hidden under toning.

Purchcased from Mark Feld Rare coins, where he described it as:

this coin's mirrors and color are even more striking in person.
Only 590 Proofs were coined in 1890,
making it the third lowest among all of the "Motto" (1866-1891) issues.
