There are lots of signs that have been preserved but have no meaning for the property use. This is a good example. The Diamonds restaurant used to be where the current Tri-County Truck Stop is and was quite the place in its heyday. In one of the poorer business decisions its owners decided to move it. It subsequently went out of business. The Truck Stop, on the other hand, continues to do a good business.
