i had a 1967 122s twin carbs. best car i ever onwned. drove from ny to mexico city to california to ny, engine nver burnt oil. front end was a bit sensitve.

I always make my own. It's just a sheet of 1 mm steel, you can add the reinforcement ribs before or after you weld them in. Put some support under the pan and hammer the thing into shape. The alternative (and traditional) method is to put the sheet in a large sandpit and hammer away. I was looking for B18 pictures in original state, yours look good.

I live in Germany, I am restoring my 1976 122 Station wagon. I need new floor pans all around. I am trying to find some NOS or I will have to make my own. What are you doing about your floor pans?
