Notes: On 13 August 2013, VH-VAS was involved in a winching accident during
a rescue near Macs Cove, Mansfield. An injured patient, initially hurt in
a fall, slipped from the rescue strop while being lifted and fell to the ground,
suffering fatal injuries.
