RawShooter Premium — sharpening and detail sliders at '0'

RSP appears to be the sharpest of the bunch, "out of the box." It has appeared
consistently the best raw converter in this respect since I began using it.
It is far from the best in terms of its rendition of color, and it does a pretty
bad job with skin tones, in my experience. This conversion was done using the
additional "Color Engine" profile (profile by Magne Nilssen of "EtcEtc").

I guess this would be considered RSP's "neutral" setting for sharpening.
