1st of 3 trips out to Marble Bluff Dam. With the great winter we had, lots of water going over the dam to bring the Pelicans in for the fish spawn. The vast majority of the time, when the Pelicans landed in the water below the dam, they immediatley dove under looking for fish. I never have seen one come up with anything, so maybe they get only small fish doing that. They seem catch the great big ones down stream.
