These are Pale Swallowtails. I love the small specks of pollen here as it feeds on the Tiger Lily. This one has seen better days, as about 1/3 of the left wing was completely gone, and the right wing was pretty ragged too. Amazing it could still fly. I saw this one multiple times, so maybe it couldn't fly very far without stopping to feed.
