One of this year's entries into the "Creative" Contest. May have faked a few people out as a few meetings ago Mark asked if I was doing a waterfall again this year (for the last two years I had done different versions of a waterfall in my living room and they did very well in the contests). I said yes, and after some groans, I said it was going to be a different image, but I'm not sure everyone heard that part.

For this image, I went downtown early one morning and took a bunch of shots. The waterfall is Lower Eagle Falls at Emerald Bay and the clouds/sky is from McCarran Ranch. I debated myself as to whether having the lights on would be a problem in the judging. Showed it to Jerry and he came back with a real image of a flood in the 1950's. It showed people in rowboats on Center Street with the lights still on, so there is historical precedent for this!!
