Thought I'd put in the original unprocessed shot of the previous image. Normally, I would delete this without a second thought, but I liked the pose, the bird was sharp and I had just stepped up to Photoshop CC and wanted to try some things with it. Glad I did. Moral to some of you photographers new to competition, don't give up on a shot if it has some good qualities to it and is worth working with.
