This was along the highway from Parowan up to Brian Head. The road eventually leads to a plateau at around 10,500 ft elevation where the Cedar Breaks National Monument is located. There was a stretch with a 13% grade. My poor car had trouble with that. Don't think I've ever had it above 10,000 ft before.
