Mom has been trying to identify this flower for nearly 20 years. A friend of Paul's and mine works for BLM and he asked a colleague to figure it out. She thinks it might be a Stinky Mustard. I haven't been able to locate a picture to verify that. These are along the road to the point, just before where the creek crosses the road.
