This set was taken with my father's old 35mm Mamiya-Sekor 1000 DTL with Fuji Neopan Acros 100 speed film. Lens used was a 55mm Super-Takumar, M42 mount. All pictures were manually spot-metered, as this is not an auto-exposing camera in any fashion.

This was my first time shooting BW film, ever, and I thoroughly enjoyed focusing more on lighting, contrast, and texture, versus color when it came to looking for and composing shots. Having to stop and take time to carefully spot-meter each scene also allowed me to refine my compositions. It was a fantastic experience and simply photographic nirvana.
