PATH - Port Authority Trans Hudson. This train connects parts of New Jersey with Manhattan. There are two branches in Manhattan: This one, of which this is the first stop, and the branch that goes to the World Trade Center, which is the last stop for that branch. On 9/11 the WTC station was totally destroyed but it has since been rebuilt and is much used by commuters to the Financial District.
