A bit more of the golf course. Not great pictures, but golf seemed to be the main theme of the holiday so I thought I'd better represent it.

They also had otters. Two whole otters in fact. A brother and a sister. And the sister was on the pill. Dirty otters.

I don't remember where this is either. Cameras these days should really append GPS information to the image files which can then be automatically looked up on Google Earth or something. We have the technology after all.

This is Sennen Cove. We had fish and chips there after we landed. Mmm.

This is RNAS Culdrose aka HSM Seahawk. We had a rather exhaustive tour of the base which is sort of like a miniature country all to itself.

This is Kynance Cove. The little islands all had nice names too, I can't remember them all, but...

... the one on the right here is called Asparagus Island! How cool is that?

Then we went otter spotting again. Dirty FILTHY otters...

And then the seals started performing for their lunch.

And this is Tintagel Castle. I'd wanted to go there all fortnight and ended up running around the place in an hour after the drive up took longer than expected.

There are the remains of these old dwellings dotted all over the clifftop, how nice must it have been to live there?

A party of schoolchildren. Luckily this is as close as I had to get to them.

This used to be the garden, where the ladies of the court would come to sit around and, well, do whatever aristocrat-types do in gardens.

Then I started stalking this couple.

No picture can quite convey how steep these steps are. You walk towards this gap in the wall and keep expecting a flight of stairs to come into view, and you get closer... and closer... and just when you're convinced you must just be walking towards a sheer drop they come into sight.

I tried taking some starry pictures. I didn't have a tripod so the views are chosen more by what I could balance the camera on than anything else. They don't look that great at this resolution, but I swear one of them is like the Hubble Deep Field when you zoom in.

I do declare, it's a bit of the Plough!

Yes this one is fiddled with a little bit, but not in a cheating way, I just brightened up the dark areas a bit. Probably too much actually. But anyway that's why the sea suddenly appears to be glowing compared to the other photos.
