Putting One's Trust in a Legal Mind

Scranton, Pennsylvania

Pictured here is attorney David Fallk, one of the fine legal minds of Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. This personal injury advocate, specializing in malpractice and workman's compensation cases, goes more than the extra mile, to research all the available law, both in text and on the web, to gain a substantial monetary finding for his clients. When suing a major corporation or insurance company, here is the man you want to respresent you. Photo by Michael Weinberg Photography of Clarks Summit and Scranton, Pennsylvania.

It seems like being a personal injury attorney would take a lot of hard work. Just by looking at all the books in this picture I feel overwhelmed. When it comes to the law there are so many little details that you need to pay attention too. However, although becoming a lawyer seems like it would be a lot of work, it seems like it would definitely be worth it.

This guy looks like he really knows personal injury law. I hope I can find someone so knowledgeable to represent me. I have been stuck in a hospital bed for the past month. I was hit by a drunk driver, and there is no way I am going to pay all these medical bills.

Gosh, I guess all major corporations are rumbling these days as even a look of this fella can simply knock you out of chair... The question is,- would his fees be the same as amount of your compensation ?!
