At least that is what it looks like to me. I have no idea what the real name of this unusual Botanic Garden beauty is. But what I do know is that the contrast between the petals and the background bokeh, to me, rocks my boat. The flower's inner core is also spell binding. Real name of this flower is "poppy", aka well known as main source of hashish in Middle East and abroad... So, one might wonder what this kinda flower schmoozes in botanic garden of Brooklyn ? No doubts it's miraculous image, but I would go further with investigations on activites of these "botanics", if I were you ?!
