located just off of Okeechobee Blvd. As late as last year, you could buy
a summer condo for as little as $20,000. Today the lest expensive condo
goes for over $40,000; 600 sq. feet, one bedroom, one bath, small
dining room / living room and miniscule Kitchen. All units feature a
small outdoor terrace ("California Room:).
