It is 9:00 a.m. and the crowds are beginning to form in anticipation
of the John Edwards Town Meeting that is scheduled here, at the
Scranton Cultural center at 11:00 a.m. The police and the Democratic
Party volunteer, pictured here, are discussing strategies for
crowd control before the event convenes.
