Wheelabrator is a recycling corporation which alligns itself with waste management companies. Gagnon was referred to Wheelabrator from the Davie Cooper City Chamber of Commerce over a decade ago for photographic services. Gagnon would photograph the grounds including the operation areas for brochures and the company's annual report. The pictures on this page represents the ceremony where Wheelabrator received a 5 star rating for safety under OSHA. The Assistant of the Department of Labor from Washington DC visited the plant in Davie Florida to present the award. What is funny is that Wheelabrator's headquarters is out of Hampton Beach, NH. Gagnon originally lived in NH for some 36 years. He had to move to Florida to work with a company from his home State.
