Samantha, The Native American Model, lives in South Florida. Marc Gagnon worked with Samantha on a couple of collage art pieces together titled THE SPIRIT OF EXCALIBUR, and THE FRONTIER. Gagnon offered Samantha to work with her extensively in her marketing to the print and film markets. She has decided to go on her own way. Like many people Gagnon has met, 99% of the models generally go nowhere. They are not familiar with Le Book - NY, The Call Sheet, Hollywood Reporter, Back Stage Magazine, or any other of the resources that are out there for models and actors. Samantha was a victim of a scam in North Dakota where she almost sent an over paid balance for a job. She eventually was interviewed on Dakota TV. She was recently filmed for a P Diddy video which turned out not to be real and never she received a sample video. Gagnon met Sean Combs through Bryant Gumbel at a private party in NYC across from his building. There was no such video. This seems to be a normal occurrence in South Florida. Most of the models are quite isolated in South Florida and most of their careers end with the same results. Obviously, Nikki Taylor was very successful, and her key to the industry was Boston photographer Jean Renard. I believe he is now on the West Coast. Incidentally, Samantha is part chippewa.
