Thanks to the wettest winter in the U.S. history, CA vegetation and landscape enjoys an abundant of showers and rainfall during this rain season since December 2018. On the way back from southern CA last weekend, we stopped by this monument located about one-hour drive (on Hwy 58) southwest of Paso Robles. We were rewarded with hills of wild flowers bathing in the soft sunset of a breezy early spring late afternoon. We had perfect soft lighting for about thirty minutes...It can only get better from now until late April and early May for the ultimate blossom.
