We left Bordeaux after three days and continued southbound to the Basques Country (or Pays Basques), the northern region of Spain. Our first stop was St. Jean de Luz which is the French side of the Pays Basques as opposed to the Spanish side. The unique facade of the building is typical of the Pays Basques. The weather is breezy on the cool side with light rain on and off.
