I've always been wanting to learn how to sail and even came very close to buy a sail boat a few years ago to force myself to learn... Well, on a recent trip to Europe, I met my high school classmate after some 30 years and he granted me my wish to sail on the infamous Leman Lake in Geneva, Switzerland. What a nice treat!!! Unlike power boat, sailing requires more preparation time at the beginning and afterward but once the sails catch the wind, it can be very rewarding and exhilarating.
