Our annual hiking tradition on day one of the new year at Quicksilver Park. We stomped the five-mile trails in three hours. From the Webb Canyon entrance to the park, we started at the Webb Canyon trailhead (0.6 mile) to the first trail junction where we headed east on the New Almaden Trail for 1.4 miles to reach the second junction then southbound on the Prospect Trail for 0.3 mile leading to the third junction which took us west on Randol Trail for 1.3 miles to the fourth junction at Mine Hill Trail for 0.1 mile then heading north on the Cinnabar Trail for 0.1 mile leading west to the New Almaden Trail for 0.9 mile then back to the Webb Canyon Trail for 0.6 mile to complete the hike.
