Day 262
I went out to the park with B and Jessie tonight while they practiced for an upcoming Highland Games tournament. It has been so hot and dry here the last four months that most everything was dead and brown. Among the dead grass though were these beautiful sunflowers. This one was still just coming to life. I loved seeing new life even in such tough conditions. It gives hope.
