Day 187
I made dinner tonight all by myself, which is not really remarkable, except in the fact that I cooked it all on the grill. Jessie just watched. I made a grilled flatbread with artichoke hearts, spinach, tomato, and feta. Then there was zucchini, squash and red onions chopped up and put in some foil with just some salt and pepper and a little olive oil. Finally some garlic and red pepper chicken which came out super juicy. All in all an excellent meal, again.
