Day 42
This is my new gypsy skirt, or at least the start of it. I am about 7 hours of labor into this thing, and really it is not close to done. It needs a waistband, a hem, trim, possibly a ruffle...lots to still do. Thankfully I still have time to do it all, especially considering I have a couple chemises, a couple sets of bloomers, another skirt, a bodice, a bolero, and a diklo to make. I will be bright and shiny though and it will be well worth it.
