Goldenrod Soldier Beetle (Chauliognathus pensylvanicus)

On what I think is a species of Black-eyed Susan with a green center and
called either Rudbeckia 'Prairie Sun' or Rudbeckia 'Irish Eyes'. Not sure which.

Photographed at the Ornamental Gardens in Ottawa, Ontario - the capital of Canada.
