Winter Trip on Hurtigruten Veteran MS Lofoten

These photos are from a spectacular trip on the Norwegian coastal vessel MS Lofoten in January 2008. Although the "Hurtigruten" is well known in many parts of the world and summer trips are a very popular tourist attraction, in winter you can still experience a lonely adventure. You can even book the landmarked vessel MS Lofoten, built in 1964. On our trip, just two handful of people attended the roundtrip Bergen-Kirkenes-Bergen.
