Marching into Chetumal, where we split and just the boys enjoyed a questionable Indian meal in a-hole-in-the-wall restaurant. When the waiter disappeared behind a ceiling-suspended bed linen to prepare our order, we discussed running out and not looking back!

Dysentery was an undying threat, as we were not consuming probiotics [yogurt]...

as a Chicagoan that visited Belize, I'm disappointed that Belize was no more to you than a retched, burning oven filled with primitive like natives and shitty restaurants. Remember, you chose to live and visit the far less superior areas of Belize. Next time check out the Princess Hotel and visit The Chateau for very fine dining.
