Left: (with Claudett Hunt, Lindsay Barich of Unitrans Worldwide and Grace Morgan shown in the picture) dining out at a large local seafood joint which also served delicious Indian flat bread (paratha) made from a huge chunk of dough spun thin purely by hand (as shown - sort of like how they make pizzas here except this was perhaps 4-5 times larger than a pizza!). Right: ordering our food not from a menu, but directly from the tanks in a "what you see is what you eat" and "point-and-cook" style...
