The Lunar Eclipse of 10-27-04

My daughters, Stacey and Kelly, sat with me in the cold as we bonded with the fullmooneclipse on our last night together - for THIS visit. There will be more full moons and more time as a family.

Hi Eric, its done working with layers in Photoshop. Each moon shot was on a different transparent layer and I could manipulate them into the placement I wanted. The black sky in a moon shot makes it easier to do. Get Photoshop (even Photoshop Elements will work for you) and a good book and be patient.

If I bring a camera when I visit a place, I concentrate too much on taking pictures and not enought time on just relaxing and taking in the scenery around me. Taking pictures can be a distraction. Sometimes, I just choose not to take any pictures, and just enjoy the experience.

Anyone knows how to take multiple exposures photos with a digital camera? I heard that you do it with software. What kind of software?

They are my heart...we sat in the cold and dark beneath 70 foot high tree giants, and the moon took a path between their branches, and the clouds moved away at our request - we celebrated the fullmooneclipse and the power of our unity and love...they are my heart...toni

beautiful! these are great! i love the one with the progression...it clouded over & began raining here about half way thru...i am so glad you all had such a clear and magical night together. i know today will be hard parting but i hope you all are comforted by knowing this is just the beginning and there will be many more wonderfully magical visits to come. love to all, retha

Neat! I love the composite image!
As I neared home last night, the full moon was bright and clear. By the time the eclipse started, there was a solid wall of clouds! I got some shots when the moon peeked through, and a few have the lovely red color, but I was not a happy camper, because I couldn't use my telescope to get very clear long exposure shots. I will post some later.
