New stirrups made from 0.010" x 0.030" flat brass wire with pins/"bolt heads" made from 0.012" wire. The flat wire is bent to shape then holes are drilled for the pins and the pins are soldered in place. The stirrups are quite strong if a little labor intensive to make.
