I had seen several Glossy Ibis as I drove around the central portion of FL, but the only ones I got good looks at were at Fred's Fish Camp, on Lake Marian. There were about 15 Ibis feeding along the shoreline at this location. I had come here hoping for a better shot at Limpkin, which I'd just seen at Lake Kissimmee State Park, though very distant.
In this same area was the largest group of Yellow-rumped Warblers I've ever seen in a small area. There were easily 150+ birds feeding in one small area of shoreline vegetation, the area was alive with birds.
