I was hoping the Western Grebes would still be around, and wasn't disappointed. They were in the same area as my last trip, just south of Pace Point on the TN River.

This is the closest I've had the birds, down to 150-200 yards. I was shooting into the light, so still not as good a shot of the birds as I'd hoped for.
